How accurate is this?
The calculator uses your 5 km pace as the running baseline, then adjusts station times based on your strength profile. Bench press drives upper-body stations (SkiErg, carries, wall balls); deadlift drives lower-body stations (sled, lunges, burpees).
Accuracy range: Most athletes land within 5–15 minutes of their actual finish time. The biggest variable is race-day pacing — going out too hard in the first two stations can add 10+ minutes to your total.
